How does a trial work?
A free trial provides you access to your selected package for fourteen (14) days. No credit card or payment information is required to access a free trial.
What happens after the trial period ends?
When your trial is over you can decide which package best fits your needs. You do not have to participate in a trial for a specific package to sign up for that package. You can decide on any package upon trial completion.
How does payment work?
Once you sign up you will be charged monthly from your starting date. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express. Billing terms are available upon approval.
What packages are available?
There are three (3) different packages to choose from, i.e. Professional, Team, and Custom. Each package has a minimal user count. Professional only allows for 1 user, Team requires a minimum of 5 users, and Custom requires a minimum of 5 users. Customizations are only available within the Custom tier.
What subscription periods are available?
We currently only offer monthly subscription packages.
