Troparé has a successful enterprise version of tStudio™ in production for several years now. We have an established client base among Fortune 500 companies but want to branch out and make this same experience accessible to SMB organizations as well. Participating in this beta will give you access to high quality data analytics at absolutely no monetary cost to you. All we ask is for you to provide us feedback on your experience.
Who qualifies for this Beta?
Small-medium businesses (SMBs) with less than 150 employees, less than $25 million in annual revenue, and that actively use data in their marketing and sales approach.
Does each tester get their own tStudio™ flavor?
Each organization gets their own personal tStudio™ flavor, for example, if you and two (2) colleagues want to participate in this beta, all three of you will get put on the same flavor so you can easily share dashboards, data files, reports, and more. If you are the only person within your organization that signs up for this beta, you will be the only person on your flavor.
How much disk space comes with each beta account?
Each tStudio™ beta flavor comes with 20GB of disk space. If more disk space is required, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
How often am I expected to provide feedback?
We would love to hear about your experiences using the platform, the good and the bad. Whenever you come across a 'bug' or think something can be optimized (large or small), simply write up a brief description and email it to support and we'll take it from there. If we do not hear from you, we'll check in on a weekly basis.
Am I expected to test specific elements?
You are expected to use the platform as part of your (daily) marketing stack. How you wish to operate it is completely up to you. On occasion we will ask you to test specific sequences and/or platform features to ensure optimal operation.
How long is this beta expected to run for?
The beta is expected to run until the end of Q2, 2022.
